These Terms of Use govern your use of tapology.co (the "Site"), operated by Tapology LLC ("Tapology," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes to learn about Tapology's products and programs and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or send spam through our forms.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the territory map and its design, are owned by Tapology LLC or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
"Tapology" and the Tapology logo are trademarks of Tapology LLC. Tedflow, Servenia, Limifyze and other third-party names, logos and product images are trademarks or property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products Tapology distributes. Their use does not imply that any third party endorses this Site beyond its relationship with Tapology.
Product information
Product descriptions, images, specifications and performance figures are provided for general information and may come from the manufacturers. They can change without notice and are not a warranty. Product warranties, pricing, availability and terms of sale are set only in a written quote or agreement. Product availability varies by country; in Canada, Tapology offers Servenia only.
Dealer program and territory information
Information about the Tapology dealer program on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, a franchise, business opportunity or dealership, and nothing on the Site creates any dealer, franchise, agency, partnership or employment relationship. Territories, boundaries, availability, exclusivity and all program terms are defined solely in a written dealer agreement signed by both parties. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a territory.
Business counts and other figures shown for territories are estimates derived from public government statistics (including U.S. Census Bureau County Business Patterns and Statistics Canada business counts). They are provided as a planning guideline only, may vary by approximately ±10%, and are not a projection or guarantee of sales, income, earnings or results of any kind. Any decision to become a dealer should be based on your own independent investigation and advice from your own legal and financial advisors.
Responsible service of alcohol
Tapology's products dispense alcoholic beverages. Venue operators are solely responsible for complying with all laws, licenses and regulations that apply to the sale and service of alcohol, including age verification and self-service rules in their jurisdiction. Please drink responsibly.

The Site may link to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tapology LLC and its members, managers and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
